Ingredients

  • 50ml Ketel One Vodka 30ml *Pinot, agave and beetroot reduction

Method

*Pinot, agave and beetroot reduction: Take one beetroot(peeled and diced) and blend 500ml of Pinot Noir. Add to a saucepan on medium heat with 150ml of agave syrup.

Stir all the ingredients together with block ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with orange zest.

Alcohol Content : 18.64 grams

Production

Distilled in a copper ketel for the smoothest possible finish
