The sun has reappeared, and we’re pretty sure those are birds we can hear tweeting, meaning only one thing, spring is finally here!
This vibrant season is honoured all around the world, from water fights in Thailand to colourful festivals in India. An optimistic and cheerful atmosphere can be felt in the air and we’re loving every minute of it.
We’ve enjoyed months of winter cocktails, from Ketel One hot chocolates in front of the fire to indulgent Schiedam Flips, but we’re finally ready to come out of hibernation for a refreshing and light spring cocktail, full of fresh fruit and delicate herbs, preparing us for those sunny days ahead.
One of our favourite cocktails for this season is the Spring Garden. Using fresh pressed apple juice as the main mixer, this cocktail is perfect to refresh you at both lunch and dinner. There is nothing we like more than to invite the rest of our family over for lunch, whilst sipping on a Spring Garden. Why not try this in your home?
