Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Dry shake. Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with shaved pine nuts over half of the egg white froth (leave the other half bare).
Strawberry Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup strawberries (sliced in half) in 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Remove all solids and then add 1 cup light brown sugar and stir until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and store in a refrigerator for up to 1 week.
