Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with sprigs of mint, rosemary and a grind of pink peppercorn.
Homemade Grenadine: 2 cups fresh pomegranate juice, 2 cups sugar, 2 oz. pomegranate molasses and 1 tsp. orange blossom water. Heat juice slightly, just enough to allow other ingredients to dissolve easily. Stir in remaining ingredients, allow to cool, and bottle.
