Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and double strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemongrass stalk, raspberry and Thai chili.
Thai Chili-Lemongrass Simple Syrup: Boil 1 cup water with 5 Thai chilies (remove seeds). Pound 1 lemongrass stalk (cut into 3 inch pieces) to release oils then add to boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from heat and immediately add 1 cup of sugar and let cool.
