*1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 4 tbsp. peeled/sliced ginger. Bring all ingredients to a boil, remove from heat, cool.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pear slice.
