- "A Cocktail for the Climate & the Community As one of our most environmentally aware bartenders, it was no surprise that Evan’s project aspired to address the severe climate change challenges in his home country. Venues that became members of the Martini Syndicate contributed $1 per sale of a Ketel One cocktail special to a carbon offset fund. Aside from helping to offset some of our industry’s carbon footprint, the fund also created a genuine positive impact in Aboriginal communities. A true pioneer, Evan demonstrates that the strength of our community coming together can make a meaningful difference."

Ingredients
• 45ml Ketel One Vodka
• 30ml Apply Butter
• 5 Drops Pepperberry Vinegar
• 5 Drops Saline Solution (20% Sea Salt / 80% Water
Prep Ingredient Recipe & Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with fresh ice. Stir for 15 seconds, ensuring ice is topped up into the mixing glass as it dilutes down. Strain into freezer-chilled "Amber Flute".
Garnish with 4 drops of lemon myrtle oil.
