Bartender Camilo Solano from Chile uses seasonal ingredients for his creative twist on a classic cocktail that draws back to his community.



  • 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
  • 3.0 oz Spice up Carrot Juice
  • Garnish with carrot leaves and dried carrot

15.8 grams of alcohol per serve


  • 1 x Old-fashioned glass
  • 1 x Blender
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Shaker & Strain
  • 1 x Good quality ice cubes


Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, throw with ice for 15 seconds to chill the cocktail. Use pickled syrup to make a rim of dried carrot pulp and fresh carrot leaves to garnish.


To make Spice up Carrot Juice:
Add seasonal carrots and classic green pepper traditionally used in Chilean cuisine, spicing up with Worcester sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, caper brine, pickle syrup and lemon to taste in blender.
