Lemon Drop Martini
A tart and sweet twist on the classic martini cocktail. Ketel One Vodka lends a smooth, long finish to this citrus cocktail. Best for nights with zest.

50.0 ml Ketel One Vodka
20.0 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
20.0 ml Simple syrup (or raw honey syrup)
Garnish with a lemon twist

1 x Coupe glass
1 x Shaker & Strainer
1 x Good quality ice cubes
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with good quality ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
