0.3 oz While Balsamic Vinegar
3.5 oz Ripe Campari Tomato
Pinch of Salt & Pepper + touch of Sugar
Always garnish with a seasoned cherry tomato

Method

Muddle the tomato, add ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake & double strain in an elegant coupe glass, Sprinkle pepper on top, Garnish with cherry tomato Add your ingredients over ice. finish with a celery stick.
