Prep Ingredient Recipe & Method

*Blackberry coffee Mucilago cordial:60g blackberry juice ( juiced in centrifugal juicer)60g white sugar15g of coffee mucilago2g citric acidInstructions:In a pan mix all the ingredients and heat it until all the sugar is dissolved.

Built in a highball glass. Garnish with coffee mucilago Chip painted with gold powder
