
- Plant education to a child’s life and they will bear fruits ready for the futurre. 90% of Filipino kids suffer from learning poverty. And this number will continue to rise over the years. The Pen’s Up initiative aims to lower this number. My cocktail named “Paksa” would give chance to these unfortunate kids as part of my ketel one garnished with good I presented my cocktail with a plantable pencil. As kids the pencil is the very first learning material that we have. And around the metro my cocktail “Paksa” and of course the plantable pencil would be served. Garnishes
- are an important factor in the world o cocktails. As for this case it is also important to the Filipino children. Every bar part of the Pen’s up initiative would have a pencil bank, so every order of the cocktail guests would be collecting this pencil and would be donated directly to Filipino students. Let’s focus on the important matter. Let’s not change the subject. Let's look at the “Paksa”

Ketel One Vodka 45 mlBloody Mary Mix Cordial 90 mlGarnish:Tomato and Jicama Leather
Prep Ingredient Recipe & Method
For the bloody Mary mix cordial mix in 600ml fresh tomato Juice, 400ml Jicama Juice and 50ml Calamansi Juice and boil. Next add in 5ml of black pepper and 5ml of coco amino and add 150ml of green chartreuse.
Garnish Method:Plantable PencilThrow all ingredients and serve in a Nick & Nora glass.
