Ketel One Vodka 1 ozBeet and apple juice 1 ozHoney Dandelion Coffee 2 ozGarnish:Dandelion

Prep Ingredient Recipe & Method

Dandelion root collected, cleaned, slow roasted for an hour at 120 degrees Celsius. Blitzed in coffee grinder, brewed with boiling water 1:10 ration coffee to water for 5 minutes. Add Irish Honey to coffee at 1:10 Ratio.

Garnish Method:Fresh Dandelion placed on cocktailPlace all ingredients in a tin, add ice shake, double strain into chilled coupe.
