Aside from helping to offset some of our industry’s carbon footprint, the fund also created a genuine positive impact in Aboriginal communities.A true pioneer, Evan demonstrates that the strength of our community coming together can make a meaningful difference.

Ingredients
• 45ml Ketel One Vodka• 30ml Apply Butter• 5 Drops Pepperberry Vinegar• 5 Drops Saline Solution (20% Sea Salt / 80% Water
Prep Ingredient Recipe & Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with fresh ice. Stir for 15 seconds, ensuring ice is topped up into the mixing glass as it dilutes down. Strain into freezer-chilled "Amber Flute".
Garnish with 4 drops of lemon myrtle oil.
