4.0 oz Clamato
3.0 dashes Celery Bitters
1.0 Large dill frond
3.0 dashes Jalape~no Tabasco
Garnish with extra dill & a small piece of sustainably sourced smoked fish of your choice (Jeff uses Pacific Salmon)

1 x Muddler

1 x Good quality ice
1 x Bar spoon to stir
Method
Rim a Collins glass with Old Bay Seafood seasoning (or your local alternative). Add 1 sprig of dill to the glass & gently press with a muddler. Add the other ingredients & ice to the glass. Stir briefly to combine.
