1.0 oz Garden tomato cordial

0.7 oz Fino/Manzanilla Sherry

2.0 drops Basil Olive oil

Garnish with basil olive oil

15.8 UNITS OF ALCOHOL PER SERVE

1 x Nick & Nora glass

1 x Shaker & Strainer

1 x Jigger

1 x Good quality ice cubes

Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with freshly made fine strained basil olive oil.
