0.7 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz Sugar syrup (or raw honey syrup)
1.0 Piece Fresh Pineapple
Garnish with some fresh ground black pepper

Method
Muddle the pineapple in the base of the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with ground black pepper.
