0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
Garnish with 1.5oz Champagne and half a passion fruit on the side

1 x Shaker and Strainer

1 x Good quality ice cubes
Method
Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into the shaker. Add all ingredients, shake with good quality ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with half a passion fruit and champagne on the side.
