50.0 ml Ketel One VODKA
40.0 ml Espresso coffee
10.0 ml Raw Honey
Garnish with orange zest shavings

1 x Coupe glass
1 x Cocktail Shaker
1 x Jigger
1 x Good quality Ice Cube
Method
Take a clean, chilled glass (coupe glass preferable). Shake and strain the ingredients with good quality ice cubes and then pour. Finish with orange zest shavings.
