Ingredients

40.0 ml Ketel One Vodka
30.0 ml Garden tomato cordial
20.0 ml Fino/Manzanilla Sherry
2.0 drops Basil Olive oil
Garnish with basil olive oil
15.87 UNITS OF ALCOHOL PER SERVE
Equipment
1 x Nick & Nora glass
1 x Shaker & Strainer
1 x Jigger
1 x Good quality ice cubes
Method
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with freshly made fine strained basil olive oil.
