- 120.0 ml Clamato
- 3.0 dashes Celery Bitters
- 1.0 Large dill frond
- 3.0 dashes Jalape~no Tabasco
- Garnish with extra dill & a small piece of sustainably sourced smoked fish of your choice (Jeff uses Pacific Salmon)
15.87 grams of alcohol per serve
Equipment
- 1 x Collins glass
- 1 x Muddler
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Good quality ice
- 1 x Bar spoon to stir
Method
Rim a Collins glass with Old Bay Seafood seasoning (or your local alternative). Add 1 sprig of dill to the glass & gently press with a muddler. Add the other ingredients & ice to the glass. Stir briefly to combine.
