Coastline Ceasar

Coastline Ceasar by Jeff Savage

It's no big dill, but it is wild! Bartender Jeff Savage from Vancouver has created a mouthwatering, coastal twist on the Ceasar cocktail.



  • 50.0 ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 120.0 ml Clamato
  • 3.0 dashes Celery Bitters
  • 1.0 Large dill frond
  • 3.0 dashes Jalape~no Tabasco
  • Garnish with extra dill & a small piece of sustainably sourced smoked fish of your choice (Jeff uses Pacific Salmon)

15.87 grams of alcohol per serve


  • 1 x Collins glass
  • 1 x Muddler
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Good quality ice
  • 1 x Bar spoon to stir


Rim a Collins glass with Old Bay Seafood seasoning (or your local alternative). Add 1 sprig of dill to the glass & gently press with a muddler. Add the other ingredients & ice to the glass. Stir briefly to combine.
