- 1.0 oz Ketel One Vodka
- 0.7 oz Ketel 1 Jenever
- 0.7 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Sugar syrup (or raw honey syrup)
- 1.0 Piece Fresh Pineapple
- Garnish with some fresh ground black pepper
15.8 grams of alcohol per serve
Equipment
- 1 x Coupe glass
- 1 x Shaker & Strainer
- 1 x Muddler
- 1 x Good quality ice cubes
Method
Muddle the pineapple in the base of the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with ground black pepper.
