0.8 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.8 oz Simple syrup (or raw honey syrup)
Garnish with a lemon twist
15.8 GRAMS OF ALCOHOL PER SERVE

1 x Coupe glass
1 x Shaker & Strainer
1 x Good quality ice cubes
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with good quality ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
